Trauma-Informed Therapy for Real-World Stress and Emotional Fatigue in Weston Florida & Across the U.S.
Even when life looks successful on the outside, you might feel constantly tense, anxious, or disconnected on the inside.
In therapy, I help you understand how your mind and body have adapted to chronic stress, and how to retrain those patterns gently at your own pace.
My work blends scientific structure with emotional safety. You won’t be asked to “think positive.” Instead, we’ll focus on helping your nervous system relearn what calm and trust feel like one step at a time.
What Is Trauma-Informed Therapy?
Trauma-informed therapy starts with safety and pacing. I understand that symptoms from anxiety to disordered eating are often the body’s way of coping with overwhelm.
Together, we’ll work to help your mind and body recognize that the danger has passed, so you can experience more ease and stability in daily life.
Who I Work With
I work primarily with women who appear capable and successful, yet often feel emotionally drained beneath the surface.
My clients are students, professionals, and caregivers navigating demanding lives while managing internal overwhelm.
Common reasons clients reach out include:
-
Chronic anxiety or overthinking
-
Emotional numbness or reactivity
-
Perfectionism, self-criticism, or burnout
-
Unresolved trauma or grief
-
Body image struggles or disordered eating
-
Difficulty slowing down or feeling joy

My Specialty Areas
Trauma and Complex Trauma
I specialize in helping clients process experiences of childhood abuse, sexual violence, domestic abuse, natural disasters, and military trauma.
Healing from trauma involves more than revisiting the past — it’s about learning to feel safe in the present. Together, we’ll work on nervous-system regulation, grounding skills, and rebuilding self-trust.
Eating Disorders and Body Image
I help clients navigate disordered eating, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and body dysmorphia through an integrated, trauma-informed lens.
We’ll address both the emotional roots and the behavioral patterns of disordered eating, using evidence-based tools and body respect practices that foster healing, not shame.
Anxiety Disorders
I treat a range of anxiety-related concerns, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, and Panic Disorder. Through CBT, mindfulness, and exposure, we’ll build the tools to manage fear, interrupt avoidance, and restore a sense of calm control.
Women’s Issues
I provide support for postpartum transitions, menopause, and identity changes across the lifespan. These experiences are often overlooked in therapy, but they shape how women relate to their bodies, emotions, and sense of self. Together, we’ll explore these shifts with empathy and science-informed care.

We’ll meet weekly or biweekly — in person in Weston or online across the U.S. — using a structured yet compassionate approach tailored to your needs.
Integration and Growth
You’ll start noticing more awareness, emotional regulation, and groundedness in your daily life. Therapy isn’t about perfection; it’s about steady growth and genuine relief.
My Therapeutic Approach
I draw on multiple evidence-based therapies, tailoring them to your goals and pace.
Each method offers a different way to understand and heal from stress, trauma, or emotional dysregulation.
