In compliance with the No Surprises Act, which has been effective since January 1, 2022, healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their federal rights and protections against unexpected charges related to medical or mental health care, aka “surprise billing." The No Surprises Act requires that we inform clients who are either uninsured or who do not intend to submit claims to their insurance for partial reimbursement, both orally and in writing, of their federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by an out-of-network provider. This policy, and the subsequent receipt of a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services, does not apply to clients who opt to receive Superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. If you qualify, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate from your provider, which will capture an estimated cost up to 12 months of therapeutic services, no later than 1-3 business days after your first appointment. I offer flexible appointment options, including late afternoons and weekends, to fit your busy schedule.
I work with individuals 16+ for therapy services. I conduct ADHD evaluations for ages 6+. I conduct ASD evaluations for ages 10+.
I do accept Aetna. However, outside of that, I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider. This means that I do not take any insurance up front. I am happy to provide any paperwork that your insurance company requests in order for you to submit for reimbursement on your own. Please keep in mind that I cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed. I recommend that prior to your first visit, you contact your insurance provider for their reimbursement policy.
Individual therapy sessions are $200.
Payment is required at time of service. I accept all major credit cards. Payment plans are available for all testing services.
